1. Active time (Process)

Formular

Description

\[ ActiveTime = Working+Setup+Failed+Reworking \]

times corresponding to process status portions

 

 

2. Bottleneck KPI

Formular

Description

\[ BottleneckKPI_{Process}= \frac{ActiveTime_{Process}}{OT_{Process}} \]

ActiveTimeProcess: (see above)

OTProcess: Operating time process (see below)

 

 

3. Dynamic flow grade (for specific measurement section)

Formular

Description

\[ FG_{dynamic, section}=\frac{avg, simulated\:TGT_{Parts}}{\sum staticProcessTimesInSection} \]

TGTParts: average of simulated throughout times for parts within measurement section (from start to finish object)

ProcessTimes: static calculated throughput times for value-adding processes within measurement section (Calculation corresponding to static object KPIs)

 

 

4. OEE (operating time, process)

Formular

Description

\[ OEE_{OT, Process}=\frac{\#IO\times CT_{Plan}}{OT}\times 100\% \]

#IO: Number of simulated IO parts as throughput of process

CTPlan: planned cycle time per process object (average if more than one product defined)

OT: Operating time process object (see below)

 

 

5. OEE (simulation time, process)

Formular

Description

\[ OEE_{SimTime, Process}=\frac{\#IO\times CT_{Plan}}{T_{Total}}\times 100\% \]

#IO: Number of simulated IO parts as throughput of process

CTPlan: planned cycle time per process (average if more than 1 product defined)

TTotal: Total simulation time

 

 

6. OEE (simulation time, system)

Formular

Description

\[ OEE_{SimTime, System}=\frac{\#IO\times TT_{avg}}{T_{Total}}\times 100\% \]

#IO: Number of simulated IO parts as throughput of system (added overall customer objects)

TTavg: average customer cycle time overall customer objects

TTotal: Whole simulation time

 

 

7. Operating time (Process)

Formular

Description

\[ OT=Working+Setup+Failed+Reworking+Waiting+Blocked \]

times corresponding to process status portions

 

 

8. Theoretical number of workers

Formular

Description

\[ \#W_{theo}= \#W\times \frac{ProcessUtilization}{100\%} \]

#W: number of workers per process object

ProcessUtilization, as:

\( ProcessUtilization=\frac{(Working+Setup+Failed)}{OT}\times 100\% \)
